VILLA HOUSE RULES

To ensure the safety, comfort, and peace of mind of all, guests agree to abide by these rules throughout their stay. Any violation may result in the termination of the stay.

1. Number of guests: The villa accommodates a maximum of 13 people. Only those declared at the time of booking are permitted to stay on the property. No additional guests may be accommodated without the host's prior approval.

2. Mandatory requirements: A copy or photograph of the passport or ID card of every person staying at the villa must be submitted prior to arrival. This requirement is mandated by Italian regulations for registering guests with the relevant authorities and is a condition for staying at the property.

3. Arrival: between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Departure: by 10:00 AM at the latest. Additional fees may apply for arrivals after 7:00 PM, subject to prior approval by the host. Any departure after 10:00 AM requires prior authorization and may also incur additional charges.

4. Quiet must be strictly observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Guests must ensure they do not cause any noise disturbance that might bother the neighbors, whether inside or outside the property.

9. Guests agree to respect the property, its furnishings, its amenities, and its outdoor areas. The villa must be left in a reasonably clean condition. If the property is returned in a state requiring excessive cleaning, the cost of additional cleaning hours may be charged to the guests. Any damage or deterioration discovered must be reported to the host immediately. Costs for repair or replacement may be claimed from the responsible guest.

10. The cancellation terms applicable to the booking are firm. Any cancellation made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in a full refund. For cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date, no refund will be granted, subject to specific conditions or cases of *force majeure* recognized by the booking platform. By booking the villa, guests acknowledge having read these house rules and the cancellation policy, and agree to comply with them.
