Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy: The cancellation terms applicable to the booking are firm.

Any cancellation made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in a full refund.

For cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date, no refund will be granted, subject to specific conditions or cases of *force majeure* recognized by the booking platform.

By booking the villa, guests acknowledge having read these house rules and the cancellation policy, and agree to comply with them.
